When you are first born your only fears were of falling and of loud noises. They are built into your DNA and have been passed down from generation to generation as a survival mechanism

Their sole purpose is to keep you alive, and create emotion that will motivate you to avoid danger. 

Every other fear you face you have learned throughout your life.

props!

The Nicholas Cage movie is about how a man becomes an arms dealer. This
makes it appropriate that the director of the film was involved in a little
arms dealing to make the movie.

Because of his small budget, he decided he couldn't afford to make 3,000
prop guns to shoot his film. So he went to the Czech Republic and bought
3000 Kalashnikov automatic rifles for filming. Not only that, at the end of
the shoot, he sold them for a loss. He meant to destroy them but couldn't
afford to either.

The origin of the word "Goodbye" is the phrase "God be with you"

Hemingway's shortest story was only six words long!
The story was a work of what's now called "Flash fiction," because it tries
to convey a full story in as few words as possible. Hemingway's story is
this: "For sale: baby shoes, never worn."

The 6 word story is an extreme example of Flash Fiction. There is an award
called the Micro Award that recognizes the best stories that are less than
1,000 words long. It's called the "Micro Award."
